Another group of unfortunate souls is the Dread-Bearers. Much like Mesmermania, Dread-Bearing is an ancient affliction. However, only a specially chosen few suffer from it. Ten, to be exact, at least until they all die out and a new team takes their place.
The Badventures of Viral Fox is a pseudonymously-written popular cartoon. Adra, a hard-working single mother of three, falls in love with four stuffed animals at an estate sale one day. She purchases all four of them, a fox, a pig, an elephant, and a monkey.
She gives her twin daughters, Vasuki and Vasudha, the green monkey and yellow pig, as they are their favorite colors. Her younger son Quasim gets the blue fox, and she keeps the red elephant.
The fox, named Viral by Quasim, gets into all sorts of devious mischief as he reveals to the children that he can communicate with them. Notably, he targets the rivaling twins, conning them out of monetary gifts and trinkets, much to Quasim’s chagrin.
Punk Potion Dollz is the latest cartoon mega-craze, created by rising author and former Pharmacy Tech Zarita Alvarez. The story revolves around six female dolls and a facility playroom full of toys, some quite malevolent, who have come to life in a nuclear accident.
The lovely doll ladies struggle for uniqueness once they discover their expected personas from their TV show, Punk Potion Grrlz. The girls are green Herba, purple Poiso, silver Chemi, pink Seru, blue Tab, and red Elixi.
Despite its massive drug overtones, overtly feminist views, and anti-nuclear rhetoric, Punk Potion Dollz is adored by many, young and old. Several generations of Zarita's family could retire on the merchandising revenue alone.
Puppets & Pawns is a highly anticipated upcoming movie produced by Paurneaux Brothers and filmed on location in Ponderer’s Pointe. It is a dark comedy about a wealthy divorcing couple who, unfortunately, has their six-year-old daughter stuck in the middle of their childish nonsense.
After finding a mystery marionette in the attic, which she fondly names Jester, she learns she can use their arrogance to her advantage. She uses their constant fighting to receive all the trinkets and toys her little heart desires.
The movie stars the it-couple Kiden Laden and Tony Stellard, as well as extreme rapper Puppet Man as the voice of Jester. However, filming is riddled with disasters as one incident after another slows the shooting schedule.
Leave Dead Enough Alone is the latest horror/romance novel by mediocre Indie author Velma Vlakvanovich. She has no idea what the story is about, as it is unfinished. However, she has amassed quite a following due to the popularity of her previous book’s cover art, secretly done by her best frenemy, Amanda Maxwell.
Unlike other times, the buzz for her new book revolves around a flat-out lie she told on national television. As abusive Velma struggles to finish her book in time for RVNBKS, Amanda, with demonic pity, has taken it upon herself to rewrite and finish the book and create the usual extravagant cover art.
Compy Koi Boi, Downed is a popular series created by Xin Weapons Corporation heir Hayate Xin. Instead of following in his famous grandfather Hiraku Xin’s footsteps, he chose a gentler path as a writer and musician. Compy Koi Boi, Downed is, however, the real love story of his neurotic grandfather and his late beloved grandmother.
The show, which uses music to communicate instead of words, focuses on Koi Boi, who is a reclusive computer programmer. Koi Boi is mildly addicted to an undisclosed prescription drug for depression (which is most likely Dysruptotrol). He eventually meets a lovely young lady online, Koi Grrl, via online dating. They hit it off well, and he immediately marries her because she uniquely has red hair and blue eyes, which he takes as a mystical sign of her greatness.
With the pending arrival of their new daughter, Koi Boi slips into a psychotic spiral of hallucinations about evil robot babies from another dimension coming to kill him. However, Koi Grrl writes his weird daymares off as anxiety attacks and loves him nonetheless.
In the series, Koi Boi is represented by a bass, and Koi Grrl is a guitar. The Evil Babies are drums, and the other crazy cast members, including in-laws, neighbors, and the like, round out the orchestra.
